"Where are you when I need you"

The things I am planning

Dreaming of flying,waking and being upset that you can't, Hiding under a bed ,Riding on the school bus at night,Candle lit bathrooms,Basements in the summer,Being on the second floor in a library, Being underwater at night,Outdoor fires,Green colors in lakes,Waste high fields,Catching a square of sunlight coming in through a window,A lawn mower in the distance,Halloween at 2:15 in the morning,Decks without exit stairs, Snow at night,Fields,Grey evenings in december,Sunny days in october,Being in 8th grade,Playgrounds at night,Falling asleep in the evening with the window open, Ceramic christmas tree's that light up,The sound of wood cracking,Brick structures,................................................someday I will get all this out in a painting.

"Lets go back the way we came"

I feel we all have this place , this person we really are when we revert back to our most honest moments in life. This painting say's a lot about my feelings toward that. Somewhere along the walk into adulthood, I have made two places for me to go, the everyday world, and my memory of bits and pieces gone. While I can't get the bits and pieces back I can use them to gain understanding about who I really am. I can go to these thoughts and feel how I like to feel all the time, everyone does it, I guess the thing is to keep it, and I guess my thing is to share it. I also like to feel I have this stronger companion who keeps me walking toward the things I am not high enough to see.
These are just some things I felt while making this painting...............
